Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a role supporting a team of residential construction professionals to help homeowners plan, design, and build custom homes. You will assist salespeople in farming leads, meet customers in person or by phone, and help with interior design selections and finish samples while maintaining model appearances.

The position requires working Saturdays on occasion and offers a contract-to-hire pathway with a focus on customer service and smooth sales processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for accuracy in design selections.

Responsibilities

• Assist residential sales team in farming and cultivating leads.
• Meet and greet customers in person and via phone.
• Help customers with interior design selections and finish samples.
• Support in maintaining model appearance and finishes.
• Help streamline the sales process across activities.

Salary: $21/hour

• Assist in streamlining sales process in general
