Job description

Sales & Business Operations Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL
Experience: Entry Level / Recent Graduates

About the Opportunity

LeadsIQ is looking for a smart, driven, and highly organized recent graduate to join our team as a Sales & Business Operations Coordinator.

This is a unique entry-level opportunity designed for someone who ultimately wants to build a career in sales, business development, analytics, or strategic partnerships, but first wants to develop a strong understanding of how the entire business operates.

For your first 3–6 months, you'll work closely with senior leaders across LeadsIQ, supporting the day-to-day needs of the business while gaining hands‑on exposure to sales, client relationships, analytics, performance marketing, and operations.

You'll help manage schedules, prepare client presentations, organize meetings, research opportunities, analyze data, and support senior leaders wherever needed.

The goal is simple: learn the business from the ground up and develop into a contributor within LeadsIQ's sales and analytics organization.

What You'll Do
  • Work directly alongside senior LeadsIQ leaders and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and day‑to‑day coordination for senior team members.
  • Help prepare client presentations, sales materials, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure senior leaders are prepared with the information they need.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, partners, competitors, industries, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist with CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow‑ups, and sales organization.
  • Sit in on client calls, sales meetings, partnership discussions, and internal strategy meetings.
  • Take notes, track action items, and help ensure projects and opportunities continue moving forward.Support the team with Excel analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.Learn how LeadsIQ evaluates customer acquisition opportunities, partnerships, and new business verticals.Help senior leaders with ad hoc projects across sales, analytics, marketing, and business operations.Gradually take on more responsibility as you develop your understanding of the business.
    What We're Looking For
    • Recent graduate or approximately 0–2 years of professional experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
    • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Interest in sales, business development, analytics, and understanding how companies grow.
    • Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and external partners.
    • Curious and eager to understand how different parts of a business work together.
    • Coachable and willing to take feedback.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities can change quickly.
    • Competitive and motivated by growth, responsibility, and results.
    The First 3–6 Months

This role is intentionally designed to provide broad exposure to LeadsIQ.

You'll spend your first several months working alongside senior leaders and supporting the business wherever needed. Rather than immediately being placed into a narrow function, you'll learn how LeadsIQ operates across:

    • Sales and business development
    • Client relationships
    • Performance marketing and customer acquisition
    • Analytics and reporting
    • Strategic partnerships
    • Business operations
    • New market and vertical expansion

You'll see how opportunities are identified, how client relationships are built, how deals are evaluated, and how data influences business decisions.

    Career Growth

This position is designed to be a starting point, not a long-term coordinator role.

As you learn the business and demonstrate your strengths, the goal is for you to transition into a larger contributor position within LeadsIQ.

Depending on your interests, performance, and skill set, that could mean developing into a role focused on:

Sales & Business Development — prospecting, building relationships, managing a pipeline, negotiating partnerships, and closing new business.

Analytics & Strategy — analyzing performance, identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and using data to help drive business decisions.

We're looking for someone who wants to come in, work hard, learn from experienced leaders, understand the business from the ground up, and earn the opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility.
