LeadsIQ in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sales & Business Operations Coordinator for an entry‑level role designed for recent graduates to learn the business from the ground up.
You will support senior leaders, manage calendars, prepare client presentations, analyze data, and help with CRM, pipelines, and cross‑functional projects across sales, analytics, and operations.
This program emphasizes broad exposure and career growth into Sales, Analytics, or Strategy roles within LeadsIQ.
Location: Chicago, IL
Experience: Entry Level / Recent Graduates
LeadsIQ is looking for a smart, driven, and highly organized recent graduate to join our team as a Sales & Business Operations Coordinator.
This is a unique entry-level opportunity designed for someone who ultimately wants to build a career in sales, business development, analytics, or strategic partnerships, but first wants to develop a strong understanding of how the entire business operates.
For your first 3–6 months, you'll work closely with senior leaders across LeadsIQ, supporting the day-to-day needs of the business while gaining hands‑on exposure to sales, client relationships, analytics, performance marketing, and operations.
You'll help manage schedules, prepare client presentations, organize meetings, research opportunities, analyze data, and support senior leaders wherever needed.
The goal is simple: learn the business from the ground up and develop into a contributor within LeadsIQ's sales and analytics organization.
This role is intentionally designed to provide broad exposure to LeadsIQ.
You'll spend your first several months working alongside senior leaders and supporting the business wherever needed. Rather than immediately being placed into a narrow function, you'll learn how LeadsIQ operates across:
You'll see how opportunities are identified, how client relationships are built, how deals are evaluated, and how data influences business decisions.
This position is designed to be a starting point, not a long-term coordinator role.
As you learn the business and demonstrate your strengths, the goal is for you to transition into a larger contributor position within LeadsIQ.
Depending on your interests, performance, and skill set, that could mean developing into a role focused on:
Sales & Business Development — prospecting, building relationships, managing a pipeline, negotiating partnerships, and closing new business.
Analytics & Strategy — analyzing performance, identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and using data to help drive business decisions.
We're looking for someone who wants to come in, work hard, learn from experienced leaders, understand the business from the ground up, and earn the opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility.
