Base pay range

$58,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Our client is searching for a Sales coordinator to join their Austin team

Industry: Chemical manufacturing

Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid 3 days on site)

Working Hours: 9 am- 5 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service and support experience preferred
• Experience with trade import/export is a plus
• Excel experience
• MS Dynamics experience is preferred
• Business level Japanese is a plus

JOB DUTIES:

• Support sales processes by responding to inquiries, providing quotations and supporting distributors and end customers
• Provide order tracking and distribution information to customers
• Manage inventory records with sales manager’s supervision
• Support AR collections and AP inquiries
• Communicate with departments regarding important inside sales information as needed
• Create accurate pricing and product data lists
• Accurately input credit and debit memos in the ERP system
