OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING Opening: Sales Coordinator Location: Anchorage, AK Pay: $26/hr Company: Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a respected equipment dealership to find a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to become an important part of their operations team.
This is more than a traditional administrative position—you'll be at the center of the equipment sales process, helping move transactions from factory order to customer delivery while working alongside Sales, Accounting, Warranty, manufacturers, and leadership. What You’ll Do:
- Own the day-to-day tracking and processing of equipment purchase orders
- Follow equipment from the factory floor through delivery, keeping internal teams informed along the way
- Receive incoming equipment into inventory and maintain accurate unit identification and records
- Enter freight, work orders, accessories, and other estimated costs into Flyntlok
- Keep sold equipment spreadsheets and status reports accurate and up to date
- Communicate equipment updates with manufacturers and internal leadership
- Review, code, and post manufacturer invoices while helping resolve discrepancies
- Track manufacturer discounts, programs, and related financial information
- Make sure equipment files, documentation, and scan records are complete and organized
- Coordinate with Warranty to ensure equipment is properly registered with manufacturers
- Partner with Sales to complete sales packets and manufacturer-required paperwork
- Help Sales stay current when manufacturer requirements or documentation processes change
- Maintain manufacturer sales manuals and reference materials
- Serve as a communication hub between Sales, Accounting, Warranty, and Operations
- Jump in on additional administrative and operational projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or related experience
- Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, or dealership operations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory, ERP, or dealer management systems is a plus; Flyntlok experience is highly desirable
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for catching discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple transactions moving at once
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to learn manufacturer systems, processes, and compliance requirements quickly
