Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking an Inside Sales Rep in Anchorage, AK. The role blends customer service with inside sales support, showroom assistance, and warehouse collaboration. You’ll engage with customers, prepare quotes, and help the sales team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills. Occasional office/warehouse duties and OSHA/DOT compliance are part of the job. $25/hour with DOE potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or outbound calling preferred.

• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Comfortable in office and warehouse environments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Answer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Generate quotes and process customer orders.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads and communicating customer needs.
• Track customer interactions and campaign results.
• Assist with showroom merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized space.
• Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, labeling, and housekeeping as needed.
• Back up inbound customer service during busy periods.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and DOT policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to assist in both office and warehouse environments as business needs require
