OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING! Opening: Warehouse Location: Wasilla, AK Pay: $21hr + $1,000 sign on bonus after 30 days & $1,000 after a year

A long-standing Alaska retail organization is actively hiring Warehouse and Delivery Team Members to support furniture distribution and customer delivery operations. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants long‑term career stability with a company that promotes from within. This team plays a key role in warehouse operations, delivery preparation, inventory movement, and customer pickups.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, organize, transfer, and pick merchandise within the warehouse
• Prepare furniture and merchandise for delivery
• Assist customers with merchandise pickups and load‑outs
• Safely operate company trucks and warehouse equipment
• Load and unload large furniture items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
• Follow company safety procedures and operational processes
• Support inventory control and delivery preparation functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT health screening
• Ability to consistently lift 100–150 lbs
• Comfortable bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to safely operate warehouse tools and equipment
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
