Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Administrator to support the Division with start packages, permit payments, and BuildPro document handling. You will work with architects and engineers on multi-family foundation drawings and maintain critical reports and documentation for the construction team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. In-person duties at Lennar communities and sites apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in construction industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and process management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to read blueprints and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Division’s start process, including start packages and permit payments in BuildPro.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers on foundation strip drawings and submissions.
• Maintain and distribute key reports such as Projected Start Report and Status Reports.
• Process change orders, inspections, COs, and municipality fees.
• Support safety program coordination and organize safety documentation.
• Maintain BuildPro templates and track meeting minutes and construction docs.
• Manage communication with trade partners, including contact lists and inspection forms.
• Provide administrative support for the Construction team and Director.
