Job summary

You will set up plan take-offs, maintain options, monitor site budgets, and collaborate with estimators and purchasing to resolve issues. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, with JD Edwards experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain plan take-off information for new and revised plans.
• Set-up and maintain option take-offs for all plans/communities within divisions.
• Monitor home site budgeting in line with projected start dates.
• Review preliminary lot starts before finalizing.
• Interact with estimating and division purchasing to resolve issues.
• Generate and maintain supplier/trade partner item pricing.
• Update purchase orders to keep cost, quantities, or trade partners current.
• Respond to varying workload as defined by business needs.
• Process Z-Report, AV report, and PO deletion tickets.
