AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Fairview Park, OH to engage customers with a consultative approach, guiding them through options and products to meet needs. You’ll contribute to events, handle online orders, and perform outbound calls to attract new and existing customers.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek in a fast-paced retail environment, with training and coaching provided to help you reach goals and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Assist with events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly.
