AT&T in Strongsville, OH is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers explore options with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll guide shoppers through devices and services, and support online orders and events.

You’ll work 9am–9pm including weekends, with uncapped commission and a total earning potential of $47,500 to $75,000. Training, tools, and a strong benefits package are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
