Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Portsmouth, Ohio to guide customers through product options with a consultative approach. You’ll participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet your goals. You will work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance.

• Will provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Flexible schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks advance notice for seniority-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
