Job summary

AT&T in Fairview Park is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach on the sales floor.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers; a flexible schedule runs 9am–9pm including weekends, with uncapped commissions and a starting salary range of $47,500–$75,000 depending on geography, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• On the sales floor you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
