As a Retail Sales Associate you will help customers find the right mattress using the bedMATCH system, deliver a relaxed shopping experience, and participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and sleep products using our bedMATCH system.
• Provide an educational, low-pressure shopping experience to customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and coordinating delivery.
• Maintain showroom presentation and participate in training and product knowledge development.
