Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers to the best sleep solutions using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will deliver a relaxed, educational shopping experience and help customers select premium mattresses.

The role involves evening and weekend shifts in a fast-growing chain with strong team support, comprehensive training, and generous compensation including hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to upsell.
• Experience in retail sales and meeting sales targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation by resetting floor and staying organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and utilize tablets and POS tools to assist customers.
