Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. You will help customers select mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, explain features, and close sales with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and load products.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Use bedMATCH diagnostic system and tablets for customer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding.
