Serramonte Subaru is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant who delivers exceptional customer service and enjoys helping people find the right vehicle. If you’re energetic, organized, and ready to grow, this role offers strong earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Our goal: put motivated people in position to make six figures. This role pays realistically $3,000 - $7,500 per month plus commissions, with top sellers earning about $15,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-service experience preferred but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales!
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings
• Valid CA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the sales process
• Present vehicles, features, pricing, and available options
• Conduct demos and test drives in compliance with CA safety rules
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records
• Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining professionalism
