Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proven track record of positive customer service results.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through selecting vehicles, test drives, financing, and paperwork.
• Present high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
• Present deal structures and additional financing products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training on new products and features.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.
