Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience.
• Strong listening skills and a naturally consultative approach.
• Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, service, or sales.
• Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections in a respectful way.
• Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business (client relationship management).
• Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client prospecting, lead generation, and ongoing relationship management.
