Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Sales Consultant who will help customers find the right furniture through consultative selling, engagement, and needs assessment. You will build relationships, engage with customers, and guide them to the right solution.

You will grow the business by developing relationships with new and existing customers, prospecting, lead generation, and upselling/cross-selling in a team-oriented environment. Strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifications
