Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting the right furniture through consultative selling and personalized service. You will build trust, engage both new and existing clients, and drive sales while delivering a superior buying experience.

You will grow the business by nurturing relationships, prospecting leads, and contributing to ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to listen attentively and adopt a consultative selling approach.
• Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, service, or sales.
• Confidence in guiding decisions, closing sales, and handling objections professionally.
• Comfort working toward sales quotas, KPIs or other performance metrics.
• Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology and learn new tools as needed.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
