Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Lubbock is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will guide customers through the car buying journey, from vehicle selection to financing, while delivering exceptional experiences that earn trust and lasting relationships.

Your role includes presenting features, managing inquiries via CRM, following up to maintain satisfaction, and participating in ongoing training to stay ahead of new models and products. A path for long-term growth awaits.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Submit to background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
• Use CRM tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
