Serving the Gilbert area, we’re known for our successful sales and service team, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated, motivated individuals to join us as Sales Consultants!

As a sales consultant here, you're able to take floor, Internet and phone leads. We do not have separate teams for the various leads!

Responsibilities

• Taking showroom walk-in clients and working the deal from start to finish
• Working Internet leads from start to finish
• Work phone leads
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
• Schedule and manage daily appointments through contacts, our CRM database, and equity mining software.
• Contribute to your success by setting and exceeding goals for calls, emails, and overall vehicle sales.
• Become an expert in utilizing our CRM software to manage leads and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Assist clients before, during, and after the sale.
