Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive knowledge a plus.
• Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and some evenings/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, products, and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to delivery.
• Present vehicle features, answer questions, and arrange test drives.
• Work with Sales and Finance Managers to complete purchases.
• Maintain training, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction standards.
