Job summary

Mississippi Title Loans Inc is looking for a customer-facing sales associate to guide customers through financial solutions. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make confident decisions about money.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior customer service or sales experience, and are comfortable with direct questioning and handling objections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions — including conversations about money.
• The role requires someone who is comfortable: asking direct questions; handling hesitation or rejection; making outbound calls; staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times.
