Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in West Springfield, MA, is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right furniture through consultative selling and personalized service.

You’ll build relationships, engage new and existing customers, and drive sales through lead generation and relationship management. Flexible retail hours and opportunity for growth are offered, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or service environment.
• Proven ability to use consultative selling to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships for repeat business.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling to maximize value and drive revenue.
• Confidence in guiding customers to decisions and closing sales.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities
