Job summary

Boardwalk Honda in New York is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals.

You will demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, prospect daily, and maintain relationships with buyers while aiming for high CSI scores. Compensation includes market-based pay with commission plans and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
• Valid driver license in your state with good driving record.

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties;
• conduct test drives and compare competitive models;

• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.;
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business;
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers;
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.;

Compensation: The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000-$100,000/year.

Hourly or commission pay plans available.
