Job summary

Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in South Jersey. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have automotive dealership service advisor experience, be available on Saturdays, and possess a high school diploma plus a valid driver's license. Honda/ Acura experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Honda or Acura experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Compensation: The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $80'000 - $150,000/ a year.
