Job summary

Morrie's 394 Hyundai in Saint Louis Park, MN, is hiring a Product Specialist to provide an exceptional dealership experience. The role involves guiding customers to the right vehicles, following up on leads, and collaborating with Sales and Finance to close deals.

You will develop relationships, stay updated on product features, and assist with post-purchase steps, including paperwork and title work. The position requires flexibility to work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication ability in writing and speaking.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie's customers.
• Help customers to select the perfect vehicle using the Morrie's Needs Assessment.
• Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Ensure that customers understand vehicle operation features, The Morrie's Promise, and other paperwork.
• Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work.
• Work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off
