Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for our new Direct Connect Consultant department at Home Warranty inc. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for calling customers to educate them on their options to help provide the best home services solution using an outbound phone sales approach and closing sales.
• Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to buyers across the country to consult them with all their available options and home needs to ensure their move-in process goes smoothly, delivering effective sales consultative communication via phone, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and support.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software
• Previous experience in selling Utilities, Internet, TV & Home Security
• Reliable home internet is a must
