Role Overview: We are hiring Life Insurance Agents for full-time, part-time, or flexible spare-time roles. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you'll connect with families via Zoom or phone who have requested information about insurance coverage. You will guide them through the process of securing the protection they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with clients using our warm in-house leads (mail-in/call-in)
Schedule and run Zoom appointments to assess needs and present solutions
Provide expert recommendations on mortgage protection and life insurance
Attend regular virtual and in-person training events
Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups and client service
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to complete a state-required licensing course (support provided)
Coachable and growth-minded
Basic financial literacy
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
