What You’ll Do

• Contact warm, union leads provided directly to you
• Use proven scripts and systems to present and explain insurance options
• Help families secure financial protection through our benefit programs
• Close sales and provide continued service and support
• Stay consistent, coachable, and driven to improve

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-disciplined and motivated to work
• Comfortable using scripts and following structured systems
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus—but not required
• Must be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (we help with that)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
