Job summary

Land Rover San Francisco is seeking confident sales consultants to join our luxury brand team. No automotive experience required; we provide brand and product training from day one, and you’ll build relationships with a discerning guest base in downtown San Francisco.

You’ll guide guests through the lineup, conduct test drives, and manage a robust CRM pipeline to drive growth. The role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of $50,000–$150,000+ and comprehensive benefits in a high-volume,

Qualifications

• Relationship-first sales professional with focus on guest experience.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or consultative client-facing roles preferred.
• No automotive experience required; training provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand their needs.
• Guide guests through the Land Rover lineup with product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to convey the Land Rover experience.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline via follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management for a smooth purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on Land Rover lineup, tech, and EV/PHEV options.
• Represent Land Rover San Francisco and Swickard hospitality standards.

• Guide guests through the Land Rover lineup with growing confidence and product knowledge -- connecting the brand's capability, design, and adventure story to what matters most to each buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Land Rover experience to life in one of the world’s great cities
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Land Rover’s lineup, technology features, and the growing EV and PHEV offerings
• Represent Land Rover San Francisco and Swickard’s hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Land Rover brand and product training provided from day one
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, financial services, or another consultative client-facing role strongly preferred
• Polished, professional presence -- Land Rover SF guests are high-net-worth individuals who expect a consultant who matches their standard in every interaction
• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Land Rover standard and you hold yourself to it
