Land Rover San Francisco is seeking a Service Porter to move and stage vehicles, greet guests on the service drive, and keep the lot and bays organized. No prior automotive experience is required, and we will train the right person from day one in a fast-paced luxury store.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and service drive—safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department.
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging.
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed for delivery readiness.
• Navigate downtown San Francisco environment to park, stage, and move vehicles.
• Support the service team with general tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and the service drive -- safely, efficiently, and with care for every vehicle in your hands
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- you're often the first face they see
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department -- every car returned to a guest should leave in better condition than it arrived
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness
• Navigate the downtown San Francisco environment confidently -- parking, staging, and moving vehicles in an urban setting is part of the daily role
• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Comfortable and confident driving in San Francisco -- urban driving experience is a genuine advantage in this role
• Able to remain on your feet and stay active throughout your shift -- this is a physical, on-the-go role
