Job summary

Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockford, IL is seeking a Senior Living Sales Consultant to drive occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and families. You will guide prospects through the sales process, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins in a team‑selling environment.

The role requires at least two years of sales or case management experience, 21+ years old, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up through calls, emails, and appointments.
• Coordinate move-in logistics with nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life.
• Ensure a smooth and positive transition experience for new residents and families.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
