Kwik in Provo/Orem area is hiring a Sales Consultant for warm calls. Remote for now, full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor.

You will call and text customers from provided lists, share exclusive offers, and work a high volume of leads using our in-house CRM, following brand scripts and compliance rules. Base salary plus commission with a $1,200 weekly base retainer, 8% commission after $50,000 in sales, vehicle allowance for top performers, and a paid trial week offering 10% commission on all

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• You're on the phones all day and stay motivated.
• You're competitive and want to be at the top of the board.
• You speak clear, natural English.
• You're coachable.

Sales Consultant – Warm Calls, $62K–$110K+ (Base + Commission)

What we do

Kwik partners with fast-growing brands and content creators to help them sell more to the customers they already have. When a creator or brand has a big, loyal following, we're the team that picks up the phone and turns those fans into repeat buyers.

These aren't cold calls. Everyone you call already knows the brand and has already bought from it. Most calls take under 5 minutes, and objections are rare.

What you'll do

• Call and text customers from lists we give you. No prospecting, no buying leads.
• Send customers your personal link with exclusive offers. You never take payment over the phone.
• Work through a high volume of leads every day using our in-house CRM.
• Follow simple brand scripts and compliance rules. We'll train you on all of it.

Pay

• $62K–$110K+ per year (base + commission)
• $1,200/week base retainer
• 8% commission on your whole month once you pass $50,000 in sales
• Vehicle allowance for top performers after hitting metrics
• Paid trial week: 10% commission on everything you sell

Example: a $50k month pays about $5,200 base plus $4,000 commission. Results depend on performance.

Who we're looking for

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred, but not required. Phone sales, door-to-door, SDR or anything where you had a number to hit.
• You're on the phones every all day and don't need anyone to motivate you
• You like the phone and can move fast. This job rewards volume and speed.
• You're competitive and want to be at the top of the board
• You speak clear, natural English
• You're good at, and enjoy talking and connecting with people
• You're coachable

What we expect

• Calling Monday through Friday, full-time
• $25,000/month in sales minimum, with $50k+ as the goal
• High daily call volume. The reps who make the most calls make the most money.
