Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking a Sales Consultant in Newark, DE. You will guide clients through personalized assessments, match them with fitting solutions, and nurture relationships to drive repeat business.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset. Weekend work is required, with training provided to build product knowledge and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience, commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.

• Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday).

Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise.

What You’ll Do

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation

• Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, including a base pay of $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commission
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full-time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
