Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking a Sales Consultant (Arch Support Specialist) in Levittown, PA to educate clients on arch support solutions and build lasting relationships. You will assess lifestyle needs, recommend products, and ensure proper fittings to drive satisfaction.

Full-time and part-time opportunities exist with base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and benefits for full-time employees. Weekend shifts are required to support sales peak times.

The Good Feet Store sells arch support solutions and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Sales Consultants play an Impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support and recommending suitable products.

Who we Are:

Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation:

• Full-time associates: Expected annual earnings of $60,000-80,000, including a base pay of $20-23 per hour plus uncapped commission.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
• Paid sales training and certification
• Benefits are available for full-time employees

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required

• Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
