US OUTWORKERS is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the asphalt and construction sector. You will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while building rapport with customers. Travel to appointments, meet sales targets, and document all leads and interactions.

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience within the asphalt / construction industry
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
