Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa in Midland, TX is seeking talented Sales Consultants to join our team. You will greet customers, identify needs, demonstrate vehicles, discuss financing, and guide them through the purchase process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions and follow up.
• Present deal structure and financing products to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and complete training modules.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles; assist with paperwork.

Pay Plan and Guarantees

• No Experience required! - below are the details of the new hire pay-plan for your first 4 months!
• 1st calendar month $4,000.00 pro-rated from date of hire.
• 2nd calendar month (1st full month) $3,000.00 guaranteed + $150.00 per vehicle sold.
• 3rd calendar month (2nd full month) $2,500.00 guaranteed + $225.00 per vehicle sold.
• 4th calendar month: $2500.00 guaranteed + $300.00 per vehicle sold, with an additional $500.00 per five vehicles sold.
• 10 Units Guaranteed income of $5,000
• 16 Units Guaranteed Income of $8,500

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
