Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help guests select the perfect vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience. You will engage customers, provide detailed product information, and conduct vehicle demos and test drives to showcase model benefits.

We look for strong communicators with a proven sales track record and CRM usage for lead management. This on-site role includes benefits through Fletcher Jones Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and exhibit consultative selling skills while assisting them in selecting a vehicle.
• Assist customers in making an informed purchasing decision by providing detailed product information including features and specifications.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the unique features and benefits of different models.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
