Job summary

Gastonia Nissan, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an automotive sales consultant to join our high-energy, customer‑focused team in Gastonia, NC. You will guide clients through the car buying journey, negotiate options, and close deals while delivering world‑class service.

We offer up to $150K+ with a 9am–8pm schedule (5 days, rotating Saturdays), Hudson Academy training, 10 PTO days, medical/dental/vision/life, 401k, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR check.
• Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
• Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/month

Job Shift: 9am - 6pm
