Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. You will engage customers, present vehicles, and guide decisions from first contact through delivery and follow-up.

No automotive experience required; hospitality, retail, or service backgrounds are welcome. You will be supported by a structured sales process, earning potential through a competitive commission-based plan with opportunity for significant income.

Qualifications

• Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there - Training is provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen

Earnings
