Don Ayres Honda is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in Fort Wayne, IN. No automotive experience is required, just a drive, confidence and engaging personality.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from first contact to delivery while building relationships and your personal brand. This role offers a commission-based pay plan with earnings typically ranging from $52,000 to $150,000+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
