You’ll be supported with structure, tools, and processes while you bring drive and personality. Earn commissions with a competitive pay plan; typical annual earnings range from $52,000 to $150,000+ with top performers exceeding

Responsibilities

• Engage customers quickly and confidently
• Ask direct, strategic questions to guide decisions
• Present vehicles and features with authority
• Manage relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up
• Take full ownership of outcomes while working with a fast-paced team
• You own the customer experience and your results.
• Engage customers on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
• Create short videos (vehicle walk-arounds, deliveries, promotions)
