• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems.
• Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally.
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals.
