Job summary

BMW of Eugene, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a relationship-first sales consultant. No automotive experience is required and BMW brand training begins on day one.

Ideal candidates come from hospitality, outdoor, lifestyle, or retail backgrounds and are eager to connect with guests, guide them through the lineup, and build lasting relationships. You will use CRM to maintain a guest pipeline, collaborate with finance, and work toward monthly targets in a community-focused Pacific

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; BMW brand and product training provided from day one.
• Hospitality, outdoor and lifestyle, retail, financial services, or consultative sales backgrounds preferred.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the BMW brand and products.
• Relationship-first approach with strong listening and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and understand their needs before presenting options.
• Guide guests through the BMW lineup, linking performance and design to individual interests.
• Present vehicles and facilitate test drives to convey the driving experience.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline with consistent follow-up in CRM.
• Collaborate with finance and management to enable a transparent, pressure-free sale.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on BMW's lineup, tech features, and EV/PHEV offerings.
• Represent BMW of Eugene and Swickard's hospitality standards in every interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what they want before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through the BMW lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting performance, technology, and design to what matters most to each buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the BMW driving experience to life
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on BMW's full lineup, technology features, and growing EV and PHEV offerings
• Represent BMW of Eugene and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid BMW brand and product training provided from day one
• Experience in hospitality, outdoor and lifestyle industries, retail, financial services, or consultative sales strongly preferred -- backgrounds that earn trust and deliver results with genuine care transfer directly to this role
• Genuine enthusiasm for the BMW brand -- performance, technology, and engineering are real talking points in this market and the best consultants believe in them
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
