All Roads Company is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Acura of Ellicott City. This full-time role offers commission-based earnings with a draw and potential to earn over $100,000 per year. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, and prior automotive sales experience is a plus.

All Roads Company is searching for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Acura of Ellicott City. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment offering flexible work schedules, growth potential, and strong earning opportunities. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with commission-based earning potential and a draw against commission. Opportunity to earn over $100,000 per year.

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission-based compensation with draw
• Opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually
• Full-time schedule - Monday -Saturday (Sunday and 1 day during the week off)
