Job summary

All Roads in Ellicott City is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the Acura of Ellicott City service team. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, create repair estimates, and maintain detailed records.

The ideal candidate has Ford repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a meticulous approach. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and advancement opportunities within the service department.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $26–$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
