Subaru Concord in Concord, NC is hiring for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our elite Sales Team. Engage with customers to identify vehicle needs, locate the right vehicle, and ensure that every customer has the best car buying experience ever.

No automotive sales experience is required—training is provided. We offer strong earning potential (up to $70K+), health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a professional, positive atmosphere with Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required; training provided.
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to close sales.
• Valid and clean driver license record.
• Pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR and drug screen.

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs, locate the right vehicle, and ensure that every customer has the best car buying experience ever.
• Reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle with the customer
• Negotiating and finishing the transaction
• Prospecting for new customers
• Following up with sold and unsold customers
• Learning about our products

Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales!
• Ability to present our product and close on customer sale
• Must to be driven with a positive attitude
• Valid & clean driver license record
