• Keep files and reports up-to-date and organized per company standards.
• Maintain a constant sales floor presence during peak times to maximize opportunities.

• Merchandising & Maintenance: Assist in maintaining store displays, tagging products, and ensuring the store is always neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Order Management: Provide exceptional follow-up on all orders, including timely communication with customers regarding product arrivals, shipment scheduling, and more.
• Closing Sales: Use your sales expertise to close deals, upsell additional products, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager, following their guidance and supporting special projects to ensure store success.
• Record Keeping: Keep all files, records, and reports up-to-date and organized in line with company standards.
• Sales Floor Presence: Be a constant presence on the sales floor during peak times to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
